personal trainer/ rehab assistant

Keilah Oliver

With a background in psychology and over 15 years of experience in physiotherapy and functional movement, Keilah brings a unique, whole-person approach to fitness. She is a certified personal trainer through International Sports Science Association, a Certified Glute Specialist, and a long-time coach and trainer with the Ottawa Soccer League and Fédération de Soccer du Québec. Her work at Bellefleur Physiotherapy and with private clients reflects her deep passion for helping individuals regain strength, confidence, and mobility, especially those rehabbing hips and knees.

A lifelong athlete, Keilah’s competitive journey spans gymnastics, soccer, field hockey, and touch football. Her personal experience overcoming multiple ACL injuries and a car accident has shaped her empathetic, supportive coaching style. She believes “movement is medicine” and thrives on helping clients, especially those 40+, feel empowered in their bodies again.

Known for her gentle, attentive presence and creative coaching cues, Keilah helps people feel seen, supported, and strong… and maybe even laugh a little along the way.

When she’s not coaching or cueing posture, you’ll find her skiing, cycling, paddle boarding, or enjoying a well-deserved glass of wine.
