Lianne Walker

Lianne brings both heart and expertise to her role as a trainer, with over a decade of certifications and a passion for inclusive, empowering fitness. An active member of Canadian Fitness Professionals and the Coaching Association of Canada, she holds credentials in Personal Training, Children’s Fitness, Pre & Postnatal Fitness, Active Aging, Neurodiverse Training, and more. She also has specialized training in developmental disabilities, weight loss, nutrition, and is a certified POUND® and Generation POUND® Pro.

Lianne’s fitness journey began in her early 20s after a doctor’s suggestion led her to get active through cycling, swimming, and weight training. But her desire to make a difference started much earlier. As a middle schooler often picked last in gym class, she made a decision: she would become a coach who saw everyone — who made sure that fitness was a place where people of all backgrounds, abilities, and personalities felt welcome, supported, and empowered.

Her own experience recovering from an emergency C-section and diastasis helped her appreciate how much patience and persistence it takes to rebuild strength. That empathy shows in her coaching style, which is friendly, encouraging, and practical. Lianne meets clients where they are, breaking down movement into manageable steps and always incorporating breathing, awareness, and choice. Clients love her for her positive energy, deep knowledge, and her unwavering belief that yes, you can.

Whether she’s guiding a client through foundational strength work or helping someone feel safe and strong in their postpartum body, Lianne’s goal is always the same: help people feel their best and believe in their ability to grow.

And when she’s not coaching? She’s chasing big dreams, like volunteering as a firefighter or one day becoming a pilot.
