General manager/personal trainer

Meghan Bellefleur

After facing breast cancer in 2018, Meghan made a bold and life-changing decision: to transform her experience into purpose by stepping into the health and wellness industry. What began as a personal path to healing quickly evolved into a calling to help others reconnect with their strength, resilience, and sense of self through movement and mindfulness.

Today, Meghan is a highly credentialed and compassionate coach, holding certifications as an Elite Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Group Fitness Instructor), as well as a Menopause Health Coach and Adaptive Special Needs Trainer (Level 1 & 2, with specialties in kettlebells, kickboxing, and group fitness). She is also a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, with advanced training in prenatal yoga, birth education, yoga philosophy, and yoga for anxiety.

Her deep well of knowledge is matched by lived experience. Meghan knows what it’s like to feel weak, defeated, and disconnected from your body, and she also knows how to come back stronger. Her approach to training is not about pushing to exhaustion or achieving perfection; it’s about rebuilding, honoring your journey, and celebrating progress in all its forms.

She specializes in working with clients who are bouncing back from injury, illness, or major life transitions, and people who may feel unsure or vulnerable, but are ready to rediscover their capability and confidence. With a gentle, affirming, and empowering coaching style, Meghan helps clients move past limiting beliefs and into a space where they can recognize their own strength.

In a wellness industry too often dominated by quick fixes and exclusionary standards, Meghan stands out for her integrity, inclusivity, and ability to create safe, welcoming spaces. She believes fitness is one of the greatest forms of self-care, not just for the body, but for the mind, and loves witnessing the shift in clients when they realize they are capable of so much more than they ever thought possible.

Looking ahead, Meghan is committed to continuing her work as a trainer, educator, and guide, providing spaces where everyone, no matter their story, feels seen, supported, and strong.
